Letters:
Letters remain the same: Please list the name of the missionary AFTER the name of the church. If the missionary’s name is placed first the letter will not arrive. Below is a correct example:
Církev Ježíše Krista
Elder/Sister (Surname)
Badeního 1
Prague 6 160 00
Czech Republic-Europe
Letters and packages are delivered at least once a month to missionaries outside Prague when trips are made to their respective city. Therefore, express shipping is usually not necessary. When correctly addressed, packages and letters normally arrive after a week in good condition. Please note, if the missionary’s name is listed above the name of the church we are legally unable to collect the mail.
Packages: (Limited to 40 Euros)
DO NOT WRITE YOUR MISSIONARY’S NAME ON THE PACKAGE!
If you do we will not be able to and will not retrieve it!
When completing the USPS shipping manifest use the steps below to know what to write:
· List the recipient as David R. Irwin.
· The address is the same as before:
Badeního 1
Prague 6 160 00

· The package must be listed as a gift.
· The total declared value must not exceed €40 Euros (roughly $49). €40 Euros currently equates to $49.06 but that value changes daily. To check the values go to: http://fx-rate.net/EUR/USD/. If you declare more than €40 the package will not be delivered.

Below is the address where packages should be sent:
David R. Irwin
Badeního 1
Prague 6 160 00
Czech Republic-Europe
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE CHURCH OR THE MISSIONARY ON THE PACKAGE!
If packages are sent with the name of the Church listed they cannot be valued more than €20 or they will not be delivered.
If you need to send more than €40 it will need to be separated into multiple packages. Make sure you do not list any items as having no value or $0. This will raise red flags at the customs police. The declared value, however, does not need to be the original cost; it can be devalued when you declare it.
Medication, Beef Jerky, and Peanut Butter will be stopped at customs. Please do not send these items.
