I share more, I love more, I pray more
Hi!
This week was so fun as usual. It was SO cold yesterday! And then today I wore a sweater shirt, and IT is SO HOT! Ah kill me. So I am sweating of course. I sweat so much, it is so nasty. This week Heavenly Father just threw miracles at us. It really goes to show you that when you set your mind on something and leave the rest to the Lord, miracles happen.

"Do your duty; that is best, leave unto the Lord the rest." We have an amazing young man who is progressing amazingly. He keeps the [commitments] we give him, and he is willing to meet regularly. We just love him so much. And he came to some of Sacrament Meeting in between his work stuff he had to do. We have a lesson with him today, and we are excited.
I held Vilma, a falcon. I was nervous, hense the ugly face, hahaha.
We are still working with [our other investigator]. I made some cookies this week, and he is our neighbor up the street and is finishing the Book of Mormon soon, so we took him the Book of Mormon Ensign [= Church magazine] and some cookies. He agreed this week that Joseph Smith is a prophet. He just said that the people who wrote the Book of Mormon weren’t inspired, although Joseph Smith was a prophet. Oh kill me.
We met a falconer on the street, and he invited us to come see his birds, so we did.
And he wants to be baptized. He just asked, "Will you let someone who loves your Church but doesn’t believe in the Book of Mormon be baptized?" Ah, we have some work to do. He LOVES the Church. Says it’s the best Church in the world, and that the fruits are so good. But he says our tree (the Book of Mormon) is bad. AH, that doesn’t work. Something isn’t clicking, and we fasted and prayed and will continue to do so.
Sister Pysnakova and I traveled the ten hours to Slovakia with just the two of us and six massive red suitcases...
This will be short because I sent so many pictures, sorry. But pictures say a thousand words. Right?
I am really starting to notice the changes in myself the Mission is making. I love that. I love noticing things that normally before would have made me irritated that now I brush off. I share more. I love more, I pray more, I work harder, I don’t mind fasting, I am cleaner, I feel happier, I'm more emotionally stable. It's just proof to me that the gospel, when lived, makes us happier and better people. I love that so much!

I love my Savior. And I love this work. I love my companion. I love this country. I love the language even though I can’t speak it, and I love my Mission President, the food, and the Scriptures.
I gotta go. I'll write more next week. You're all in my thoughts and prayers. Be safe and be good. Daddy get back from China safely, haha, and say ‘hi’ to Josef over there.
Love,
Satu
